Aluminum window frame profiles

Aluminum window frames are specially designed profiles cut at 45° to assembly the window’s angles. These profiles are often composed of two profiles: a base element and a snap closure element to secure the glass. Beside windows, this kind of aluminum frame profiles are most used for the creation of wall boards, like those placed in public offices.

Window frames are made in 6060 alloy and sold in bar formats too.

Aluminum U channel extrusions

Profall's aluminum U channel extrusions are ideal for window construction and also suitable for electronics, electromechanical, automotive, furnishings, and residential construction industries. Made from 1050, 1070, 3103, and 6060 alloys, they can be produced in very small sizes with standard dimensional tolerances of +/- 0.15 mm, customizable upon request. Aluminum T-tracks
